We have used Greg's Garage Door Service for two of our homes! Their customer service, product and cost are great! Given that we had such a great experience with them our first time around it was no brainer on who to have out again. Greg's is timely at returning a call, quick to come out for an estimate and great communication as to when doors will be available and ready to make an appointment to install. I called in the morning because of a broken spring and by early afternoon they had worked us in and replaced the springs for a reasonable price. They previously replaced the cables when they began to fray. Very well done!I probably won't see them until I can find the money to replace the door.

I had Greg's replace my door due to the hail storm in November . The quality of the door was good , Greg made some suggestions on what to get. Even with my garage having some junk in their way they installed it without disturbing anything. I would use them again . Now if I could get my General Contractor (Kelley Construction) in Pekin Il. to give as good a service I might have something . Been waiting for siding since Jan??

I called Greg's at 9:00 am and the springs were replaced by 11:00am !! That is the best service I had received in a long time. Both of the young men were very professional and cleaned up after their selves . I will do business with if I ever have any issues with my door again. I highly recommend Greg's as a very reputable company Ron Williams

I normally don't write reviews but within 2 hours of calling they were out to fix my opener. That's unheard of! They did a great job fixing, adjusting and lubricating my garage door. Very reasonable price too.

I highly recommend Greg Garage Doors! He is fast and friendly. He gets the job done. He is very reasonably priced. Greg is the one who actually does the work along with his assistant. I thought that was cool! Mr. and Mrs. Drowns

A-1 top-notch service. Fast!! My garage door broke last night and I called Greg's this morning. (I almost didn't ... because of a previous bad review - but I was SO impressed that the business owner took the time to respond to the review I decided to call). Greg was here within two hours. He not only fixed the broken part of my garage but he also lubricated it and tested it to make sure it was all in good working order. Won't return numerous phone calls I called this company to fix my grandmother's garage door. They came out the same day and fixed it, but within 2 days the door was jerky and wouldn't close again. Both my grandmother and I have made numerous calls to them to fix the problem and they won't return our calls. If you want someone dependable and that stands behind their work, don't call this company. You may never hear from them again.
