This place terrible. They kept telling me my car would be ready the week before and than when the week come they pushed it back. There corporate system is be messed up and they should fix it to give people a better idea of when a car is ready. It shouldn’t take this dang long to fix a car which wasn’t totaled and was not that damaged #help
After the recent hail storm all body shops and insurance companies were overwhelmed. I did NOT want my SUV totaled, I made Ernie the GM aware of this as well as Tab my claims advisor. My insurance company said it would probably total because the roof needed cut off and replaced. Now understand that the top looked like a connect the dot puzzle and had a few large dents.
