From customer service to finished repairs - this shop was a 10/10! They answered all my questions along the way, kept us updated on repair process and progress, and were even able to accommodate our tricky pick-up schedule without issue! Would recommend 100% - finished repairs were like new!
Gerber made every step of my collision repair easy and timely. I work full time and have two children. From front desk to estimation, repair, and the detail—100% satisfied. When we got rear ended an otherwise seemingly nightmare became a breeze!! Call Gerber and ask for Brian!
Great experience! I brought my truck in for an estimate as it was hit by another truck. Bryan gave us an estimate right away. He also helped facilitate the claim with the other persons insurance company which was very difficult to deal with. Once the claim was approved, the work was scheduled for the next day. The repairs were completed very fast and correctly. 100% recommend Gerber!
