We spent 3,000.00 on getting the air-conditioned fixed in our SUV. IT WORK FOR A WEEK. I took back now they telling me to take to a dealer, and no refunds. Plan on taking them to small claims court. Will update this as i go.
These guys are pretty sharp. They didn't dick me around. I actually had a design flaw on my carrier bearing an drive shaft. I thought I could just swap the bearing out but had to get a kit that came with the driveshaft. The labor was only an hr. It's under warranty. The cute young lady at the front desk was very helpful an kind. Donovan the mechanic took the time to explain why this was like this. I'm very pleased with gregs.
Absolutely love this shop! I’ve taken my truck there a few times for different issues. Everyone is super nice! Very honest and reasonable prices. I will not take my truck anywhere else!
