These guys are pretty sharp. They didn't dick me around. I actually had a design flaw on my carrier bearing an drive shaft. I thought I could just swap the bearing out but had to get a kit that came with the driveshaft. The labor was only an hr. It's under warranty. The cute young lady at the front desk was very helpful an kind. Donovan the mechanic took the time to explain why this was like this. I'm very pleased with gregs.
Absolutely love this shop! I’ve taken my truck there a few times for different issues. Everyone is super nice! Very honest and reasonable prices. I will not take my truck anywhere else!
Customer service was exceptional. They got my car in within a few days. Fixed it the same day. My total bill was less than what two other shops wanted just to look at the problem. I'd highly recommend giving them a try.
I called so many shops for estimates on a timing belt kit and water pump replacement for our 2018 Ford Explorer. Some weren’t interested in the job because of the complexity. Others were outrageously priced or couldn’t get me scheduled for weeks. A friend referred me to Greg’s. Gave them a call and they were very familiar w the job. Competive pricing and got me scheduled within a couple days with a promise that I’d have the vehicle back by closing on Friday.
