My service from Gregory's Pest Control Monday (May 17th) was outstanding. *******, the technician, arrived promptly at 2:00 p.m. for my 2:00-4:00 p.m. time corridor. He was personable, very thorough in his work, and carefully explained what he was doing and why. His office sent documents that enumerated in full detail the services completed, including the SOP of a follow-up call in about two weeks to confirm that the work was still meeting customer satisfaction expectations. The experience with Paul was refreshing. I don't like poisons or toxins around my home or children and he assured me that the process he used for mosquito control would be safe to the environment and most importantly to my children. After seeing the mosquito baits used I felt more confident that my children would be protected as well as my butterflies and pets.
