Services are not provided fairly. My watch went in for repairs and the repair person broke the crystal and did not repair it but says you got to get the band fix anyway. I put it in there to have the ban fixed and the repairman dropped it and broke the crystal. I was disappointed because my wife grew up here in Lillington and this place she spoke highly of and then he breaks my ******* watch. I am not pleased with the response or service.

As was expressed when you were in our store, I am so sorry I broke your crystal, it was an accident that happened while I was trying to repair your band. When you picked this up and we talked you did not indicate that you were upset at all after we talked. In addition, you had a another repair in our shop that we repaired for you at no charge to try and express how sorry we were for the mishap. I know if my husband gets Beverly to help him pick out a gift for me I will like it. I got the Ronaldo Infinity Bracelet for Christmas. I also have some of The Southern Gates Collection, I would like to have mooore...... Hint hint Bev.
