The staff was rude, waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks after spending $18. After asking for our drinks the person disappeared into the kitchen I had to ask again before asking for a refund. While that was going on she was rude to other customers no names on drinks. The matcha was so sweet couldn’t even drink it, baristas were eyeballing the ingredients seemed to hate their jobs overall awful experience!
Latte was good, however this one woman with black hair behind the counter was exceptionally rude when taking my order. She sighed dramatically and rolled her eyes the entire time, and when I politely told her my order she just sarcastically said "WHAT?" like i was ruining her entire day or something. Customers won't give your business a second glance if that's how horrific the service is. Will not be coming back, at least if shes still there.
coffee is always good and made very quickly!
I ordered a coffee with oat milk, stating I had a nut allergy. They were out of oat milk, so instead of letting us know - they just used whole milk instead. The barista did not tell us this - only after I was about to take the drink and figured to triple check if the drink had no hazelnut did the barista let us know that not only they did in fact put the hazelnut syrup in - they were out of oat and used whole milk instead.
