Im leaving this review with an average of 3 stars based off my experience for two different occasions. First time i went there was about a month ago on a weekday . The coffee was delicious but the staff was miserable. I ordered a fall oat boy, staff member did not greet did not respond when I said hello, just said asked what would I like. Ordered 3 Newyorkers breakfast sandwiches and the cold brew Sunday morning on the way to drop off my kid to the camp. I'm still not sure how old those sandwiches were. Highly possibly at least a week! All of them were like a rock! Couldn't bite them. What's inside was worse. Is it a fake bacon? How dare you sell garbages? At Nordstrom? I visited your location today on July 6 and ordered a medium coffee and a pain au chocolat. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The female staff who served me was discourteous and treated me in a manner that I found disrespectful. In addition, my order was prepared incorrectly. When I politely raised the issue and asked to speak with the manager, I was told that she was the manager. Love getting the chance to try alternate coffee spots in Westchester but very disappointed with my experience here. I asked the bread options for a sandwich and had the menu pointed at me which did not explicitly have the options. Rude way to answer a customers questions. I also noticed that the sandwich was ridiculously priced for something missing the bacon and quality. Coffee was okay, but will not be returning.
