This place is disgusting. A roach crawled on the counter when I was ordering my drink. I will not be coming back.
I love Gregorys coffee in the city and it was nice too to know a location opened in westchester. I visited this location today with my cousin and was excited for her try their coffee. Both of our coffees were really good, We ordered the banana frosted latte and a pumpkin spice latte but what was disappointing was the service provided, it seemed as if we were burden ordering with the women and while we were waiting for it.
I love Gregory’s and the baristas here are definitely top tier. Chelsea makes the best drinks and Abbie with the pink hair is so kind at the register. I always get my lattes here and can’t wait to be back soon.
Amazing experience! I went today and my order was on point and DELICIOUS! I was helped by Chelsea and Abby and they are attentive and hard working! I will be returning and bringing my friends. 10/10!!!
I usually like Gregorys, but my recent experience at The Westchester mall location was incredibly frustrating, entirely due to dismissive staff and illogical policies. I ordered several pastries, which were handed to me in multiple individual little bags. When I politely asked for a single, larger bag to hold them all, the staff flat-out refused, stating those bags were "for delivery only."
