Visited locations many time before as I am a fellow mall employee myself. Under previous management so the service and atmosphere was always positive and cheerful. I was here 4 times last week to get a Lg ice cup as i always do and encountered a young lady with some black beats on her head and a very nasty attitude. Refused to sell me a cup of ice and only would provide a small. After asking to pay for the difference in cup size she said they don't charge for ice. This place should hire more people. One person is doing everything and trying to do it fast which results in bad coffee and fast but bad service
