Not bad but was missing a few ingredients. Had to get a refresher instead, and it was only after I found out it’s uncaffeinated. But the hibiscus taste was great tho.
Staff are friendly and address the regulars with a familiar greeting. Makes it feel more welcoming
I want to be clear that this review is not about Gregorys Coffee’s physical stores, which I’ve always enjoyed. The coffee itself is excellent, and that’s exactly why I placed an order through their online store in the first place. Unfortunately, my online ordering experience has been incredibly frustrating. I placed an order on February 23, and as of today I still have not received it. Even worse than the delay is the complete lack of communication. manager was rude and not accommodating. (assuming she was the manager because she was on the phone in the back and not in uniform).
We stopped in for coffee and asked if the front door could be closed because of the temperature outside being 20 degrees. One assistant said yes — it was only open because they were hot — but it never got closed. When we went to close it ourselves, another assistant sharply told us not to because they get too hot. So we chose to leave and support another local spot for our coffee and pastry.
