I found the interaction with staff unacceptable. I did not complain, I simply asked for a fresh cup because my coffee was cold. The employee responded with, “What do you expect, we close in an hour.” Closing in an hour is not an excuse to serve cold coffee or speak to customers dismissively. If a business is open, customers should still receive a properly prepared product and basic professionalism. Management should seriously address this, as the response demonstrated poor customer service and a lack of work ethic.
I have to join the many poor reviews of Gregory's. We were staying accross the street for a week and wanted to make this our breakfast location. First, no prices are posted on their public boards. Huh? You have to aak and the barrister mumbled ans was rude. Second, the food portiona are tiny. Even by NYC standards, you don't get much. The coffee was fine but we fiund many better alternatives on the block. Cannot recommend.

Team is friendly, order is always right, and the food is actually great. Delicious drink options too.
