Most welcoming and sweetest staff. I recently started drinking coffee again and they’re always so helpful with any questions that I have. The service always comes with a smile and on time.

Every time I order an iced drink, it's served with room temperature milk. Thus, the drink is always warm even with the ice in it. Yuck! And the seasonal drinks always taste and look different at this location in comparison to others.
We stopped in for a quick bite, the girl taking orders was not welcoming , very unresponsive barely wanted to acknowledge us, they got our order wrong, didn’t warm up one one the crossiants, they made our sandwiches with the wrong protein and didn’t care when we mentioned it was wrong, others also complained their order was wrong. The entire staff is unfriendly and inattentive. We will not return and don’t recommend.
sat next to an insufferable woman who did not stop complaining, primarily about the music that was being played as it was not "coffee house" music. She threatened to leave a review so I thought I'd beat her to the punch and say that the vibes were actually perfect and exactly what I was looking for on a Sunday in Times Square.
