The location is awesome right in Times Square. We had coffee earlier in the week during the evening. Today we order pick up and the drinks were dismal. Ordered the Fall Oat Boy and is was only 3/4 of the cup full, th match latter was just as disappointing. We also ordered 2 orders of oatmeal and it was basically some oats with soy milk (very watering and was only 1/3 oats, 1/4 soy milk & 1/3 air. Not sure why today the quality was so lacking.
Got a pretty good matcha on a very cold, snowy day. I should have added a sweetener but staff were very friendly.
If Gregory is serving oatmeal, you order it. Hearty, delicious, and made with obvious care. My new morning ritual!
