It is so good to visit this Gregory's branch.
Service is slipping quality too. Came here on 7/23/25. Decided to give them another try and not go to La Colombe. Big mistake. I would have returned it if possible and not running to work. It’s like they don’t care. Well I don’t care to give this location any more business. Great spot for a morning latte. Especially when the temps with wind chill is below zero. We were really looking forward to trying Gregorys Coffee, but our experience was so poor that we walked out without even placing an order. There was only one barista working at the time, which we understand can be stressful — but it’s no excuse for completely ignoring customers. We walked in expecting at least a minimal greeting — a “hi,” a “just a moment,” or even simple eye contact. Instead, we were met with complete silence. No welcome, no acknowledgment, nothing.
