Vegan options galore. Really great coffee and friendly staff. This is one of my splurge places. Hold on here, vegan options have been disappearing. How am I supposed to find the vegan deluxe, there is no search method that spans multiple shops. Very disappointing.

Walked all the way there for vegan breakfast. Looked at the menu,no indication it was sold out. Still in display case. Very busy so couldn't go up and ask if it was still available as there was no indication it was not. After 20 mins wait. None available. No apologies. I asked them if they can put some indication on the display in the future. Sold out or remove the sandwich from display. She said no. Not allowed by management. Nyc is a busy place and to navigate it for someone with dietary restrictions aren't always easy. So... read more

Today I went there for a croissant for at least the hundredth time. The croissants looked different, and when I bought one I found that it was not crispy on the outside (as croissants should be) and when I bit into it, I found it was like a ball of dough instead of being light inside. This was never the case, but the worker there just said he liked them the way they were. He can eat them.
