My husband ordered a drink on my account on his way home from work and my sister ordered ahead a drink for me with mascarpone foam on it and when my husband went to pick it up Izzy told my husband that they didn’t have any, they could add another foam but they were all protein flavored foams that didn’t go with my drink. First time here, I walked in at 7:30pm and tried to order a sandwich but the girl behind the counter said I couldn't because she turned the ovens off for the night. I then asked for a smoothie and was told I couldn't order that, with no explanation. I said it's 7:30 aren't you open until 8? She said I'm closing in 10 mins. Why advertise you're open until 8 if you're going to stop serving customers a half hour early? Disappointing.
