I visited this kiosk to pick up a quick vegan option because I know Gregory Coffee offers such. I ordered the vegan breakfast wrap after looking at the menu and seeing that my allergen (tree nuts) was not listed for this item. I proceeded to consume this wrap and have an allergic reaction. It indeed contained tree nuts when THE MENU DOES NOT REFELCT THAT. I contacted Gregory Coffee customer service and there was no real help from them. My iced coffee is always fresh and delicious! Love!
The mall is always a great place to enjoy a cold drink. However at the prices of coffee, when you don't get what you order and no one behind the counter cares; it's when the owner should consider a new staff. Otherwise, in the long run you will lose business.
I always look forward to enjoying Gregory’s when I come to the mall for some shopping, but the young girl working today was very nasty and argumentative about a missing item on the order. Wish I could have taken my tip back for poor customer service.
