I always look forward to enjoying Gregory’s when I come to the mall for some shopping, but the young girl working today was very nasty and argumentative about a missing item on the order. Wish I could have taken my tip back for poor customer service.
Just ordered a regular coffee with almond milk. It taste old and bitter.
Worst Gregory’s I’ve ever been to. Did not ask what size drink I want. Ordered a drink I get regularly. It came out tasting disgusting like medicine. I asked for a new drink or for my drink to be made again and they told me no, that i need to purchase a new drink. Worst staff and Customer Service I have ever come across. Do not go here. Gregory’s must restaff this location asap.
I ordered my coffee light (lots of milk) per the website and this was the coffee I got. My co worker picked it up so I didn’t even get to get it fixed. So mad.
