I’ve always loved Gregory Coffee, but I’m very sad to hear that my favorite barista, Martha, is leaving. She was one of the main reasons I chose this location—her friendliness and service truly made my visits special. I’m not sure if you’re aware, but her presence was a significant factor in my continued patronage here. Unfortunately, because of her departure, I don’t plan to return to this location anymore. Worst customer service Ive ever seen in my life! Rude staff like they dont want to be where they are then why dont you just go home and let someone else do the job who deserves it and can make people have a good experience. For the drinks I have no words, way worst than the service itself! Dont deserve a single star!
Couldn’t substitute oatmilk because of an allergy…..shouldn’t be that hard? Had to order something else from what I wanted
Outstanding staff! My clumsy dropped a full cup on the floor. They helped me clean it up right away and even made me a new drink
