Ordered a Hall of Oats and a Cherry Matcha. The coffee was sour, didn’t taste like coffee, there was no sweetness. The Cherry Matcha was bitter, the bright red cherry syrup tasted fake. Both were gross, we threw them away more than half full. And considering we spent about $8 on each, we were really disappointed. I contacted Gregory’s via their customer support and they never responded, so clearly they aren’t concerned about customer satisfaction.
Low-key fire GREAT customer service
i’m a mall employee so i usually don’t expect much when i eat at work but their sandwiches are rock solid when warmed up and earlier today i found a small tiny hair in my drink!! (photo below) i pretty much am not over the top about things like this so i contacted support to let them know and they offered me a $2 promo!!!! the coffee itself is $8+ they charge more than starbucks and not even for outstanding quality.. save your money.
Call the place and it just day they'll send you a text then hang up. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. I called because I have a random charge on my card from them I've been at home
