Very unprofessional. Him and his whole staff. Whole thing was a mess. Fraudulent billing practices too. No compassion for patients and total dysfunction. Absolutely an amazing waste of time dealing with these people. I urge everyone to find other places. They just care about billing your insurance and not providing quality care.
Dr. Kirwan and his team are incredible. After I sustained an ankle injury that ended up being more extensive than I first thought, he offered compassionate, direct recommendations and the prompt medical attention I needed. I could not be happier with how surgery went, and while I still have a long road to full recovery ahead, I feel up to the task with the support of such an incredible team of professionals. Victoria in particular has been so attentive and helpful!
