I am a former patient. The mess that he caused has cost over 50,000 to fix in 12 years and still not finished. beware. He did not care or try to help fix the issue he caused.
My experience at "Dr. D's" office has been nothing short of amazing. My sons love his office and actually count down to every visit. His staff adds a personal touch to everything they do, they answer questions before you have have to ask and explain everything with great detail. If you are looking for the cheapest place in town, this office is not for you. This office office is for anyone looking for amazing care with great results!!!!!!!
Dr. Dietmeier and his team are amazing. It is obvious they genuinely care about their patients. My childs appointments are always right on time. If I need to get my kid in for an appointment, the receptionists are very helpful. After my first visit to this office, I knew it is where we belonged! I may get braces for myself next!!! GREAT JOB "DR. D"!
Dr. Dietmeier is fabulous. He presents all viable treatment options and then lets you choose what is right for you and your children. We had two girls treated by this office, both completely different treatment plans and both very successful. The office staff is also excellent. Sometimes I feel the office staff is more important, even than the doctor, and this staff gets a big thumbs up.
Awesome, I had two sets or braces on with years off in-between, head gear retainers, everything possible. This team is great and knows what they are doing. I highly recommend them to anyone, and they have two convenient locations.
Dr. Dietmeier has been my orthodontist for 8 years and I have never had a complaint. I had braces for two years, and treatment was completed in the exact estimated time. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and if there was ever a problem between appointments there was always room for a quick check-up. This office has a great central location, and appointments are flexible for any schedule.
I feel that Dr "D" does not pay attention to details. When my daughter had a serious problem immedialty after her braces were removed, and found that she needed her treatment re-done with sersious intervention, Dr "D" did not refer anyone for help, refund the the treatment cost, seem to care. That is when I found out that there is NO standard of care on the law books regarding orthodontic treatment what so ever...End result over $20,000 in cost and 4.5 years later...not finished with undoing the problem Dr "D" created.
The best doctor to take care of my teeth. Took me 2.5 years to complete and they were always professional and courteous. Gregory rocks and so do his stuff. Max
