Dr Valle is a terrific ophthalmologist. Found a problem with my retina immediately, discussed the likelihood of not having glaucoma at all, directed me down the path of surgery and then prescribed my glasses with care and expertise. I’m 68 and this has been my best lifetime experience with a true eye care specialist!
Got a good pair of glasses a year ago.
Dr. Valle was very nice but the clinic itself has lost all of my business. Not only do I still not have a good prescription but they refused to see my son today simply because his father took him and we aren't married. This is unacceptable! I signed all the forms, made sure his father was listed on the chart and did everything I needed to do. Instead my son missed school and sat around waiting for nothing. His father was seen over an hour after his appointment.
