This company is the real deal! I drove all the way from Charleston with a faulty wiring harness on my utility trailer. I was on a tight schedule, and they were less than three hours from closing. I had to drop off my trailer so I could make another appointment, and throughout the repair they kept me informed, making sure they didn't replace any parts without my approval. He took the time to give me a detailed troubleshooting plan, never mentioned anything about bringing the unit in or billing. His advice fixed the problem and got me back on the road.
