This review is based on experience. I lived on the first floor and there was a roach from day1. I only lived at the place (first floor gregory towers) for a bit over a month and I can confidently say I encountered at least 3 live roaches and 10 dead ones. I had to call the exterminator twice. I lived there for about a month sprayed the place myself first then I called exterminators twice but there was still roaches til the last day I moved out.
