Terrible office! Came in for a sports injury evaluation and they had over 30 people in the lobby waiting. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, the wait in the lobby was over an hour and they had people waiting in the rooms to see a doctor more than 2 1/2 hours. I ended up having to leave without seeing the doctor. The staff did not give me any warning that it would take this long until I asked. Avoid this office!

My Dad had meniscus surgery with little to no improvement. The worst thing was finding out after the surgery how much his insurance did Not cover. They will give you an estimate of coverage just to get your business. It's a money making scam.
Super positive experience with Dr. Bigler and his staff. The diagnosis was spot on and the lead time for surgery was more than I needed. The surgery went perfectly and the healing is going well. I would highly recommend Dr. Bigler & his staff to all my friends and family!
