For the past five years I've tried dealing with the doctor's rude staff in order to get simple check-ups or simple questions answered. If you deal with Angie, you will just have the most unpleasant and hostile experience. She doesn't allow you to talk to the doctor because she claims she is in control of the entire office. No one is above her. The staff is unprofessional and have very poor mannerisms. Angie continuously reminds patients that if they don't like it they're not allowed back.
Been going to Dr. Reed for a few years now. He is knowledgeable, practical and personable. I would recommend him without reservations.
If you have good insurance, Dr. Reed will insist that you see him every three months, every six months max, to milk the system. If you only want to go once a year for a checkup, the office manager Angie will make your life miserable. This is a quote: "If you don't like the way we do things, you can go elsewhere." Try to find another doctor who listens to you and defends you against a rude office staffer. The receptionist is also discourteous, cold and uncaring. Only the nurse is good.
Professional, personable, and caring. He has been my PCP for almost 30 years. I am a retired, disabled Firefighter/Paramedic with total and complete confidence in this man. I highly recommend him.

He's the best doctor, I've ever met in my life. He looks to find what the problem truly is, he doesn't just hand you a prescription and hopes it works, like most doctors today. He is truly the best.
