Set up a new patient visit in Sept for Nov 14th. Get a call on Nov 7th saying we can't take you we haven't been taking new patients since September. Well sorry I couldn't get in until now even though I signed up when you were taking new patients.
If you disagree with anything he says he will tell you he can no longer treat you. Since when do we not have a voice when it comes to our own body???? Is bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired!!!!!!!
Very careful with documenting what you say and trying to make communication easier by interrupting if he needs clarification. He doesn't talk down to patients. I liked him very much as provider until my insurance changed. His staff pays attention to medications, refills, and will make sure your needs are met. I generally think University Hospitals gives physicians a little more freedom and time than Cleveland Clinic for office visits so I would recommend them for primary care.
