I want every visit to make a positive difference for each patient. That includes a better understanding of the patients medical conditions by both me and the patient. It also includes a thorough understanding of the plan of care by the patient. I honor the AMA Bill Of Patient Rights and for each patient to give their informed consent for care.

Dr. Skie is a great and patient doctor. He takes the time to listen and understand; as we know is every unusual in today's medical world. It may take a long time at appointments; wait is worth it! I have been a patient for over ten years. Bring a good book or your phone fully charged to help with the wait. The lobby has a tv and lots of reading material too! ??TNJ
I have been under Dr. Skie's care for over a decade and I would not change. Dr. Skie came to see me in the hospital four times when another dr admitted me! He explained all tests and slapped a nicotine patch on me so I d quit smoking (in for pneumonia) tho I was not his responsibility. He is the most compassionate dr I've known and spends time with each patient, so it is never afast visit. Quite a long wait. Still, worth it. He is known as brilliant diagnostician in news articles.
I am a liver transplant patient with COPD. Due to my close call with death I have nerve damage in my feet-Dr. Skie is the first pain doctor I've seen take an interest in the reason for my pain, the quality of my life and extended his care to my complete well-being. I continue to be thankful for his care and for the outreach of his staff. I know that without his acuity and determination to assist me, my life would not be as full as his care has allowed. I thank God for them.
Amazing experience aside from the receptionist, Jamie. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She openly complains about her personal life, will talk down to you, and hang up on you when you call. She permanently sounds annoyed and talks with an attitude when she doesn't agree with you. I've never experienced someone as unprofessional as this receptionist. I really hope her superiors notice how she treats their patients and can help her correct her poor behavior. It's making an excellent prac

Jammie has worked with me for over 10 years and has been responsible for patient scheduling and supervising all front office activities. In my experience with her, she has always done everything possible to make new patients feel welcome. This patient's experience was not typical, but we discussed the importance of trying to meet each patient's needs in a polite manner.
