I had an appt at 10:40 I got there early to fill out paperwork. I waited for 2 hours!!! After those 2 hours while waiting in a room to be seen I went to find out what was taking so long. I waited again and then the doctor came in and wanted to know what I was there for and I told him and he had NO empathy for my wait and I politely told him I was disappointed for the long wait and would like a refund of my copay. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The waiting room here is spacious. I waited three hours to be seen. He came in ranting and swearing about a medication I'm on. Within five minutes, he cursed at me, reduced me to tears, asked me if I wanted to be his b***h. Direct quote. I barely said a word for the hour that he rambled at me, throwing in faith and God between swearing and his crazed babbling. He didn't address the issue I came in for at all. Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
There is always a long wait....three to four hour wait! I also had blood work done and the day that i was supposed to get results they called and said that the lab rejected the specimen, in other words they messed up! Three and a half weeks latter, no results and no follow up appointment. I went in for my follow up appointment at 3:45 and ended up walking out at 7:00 without seeing the doctor. Never Again! Now i am spending my lunch breaks trying to get my lab results faxed and get a refund for my co pay!

I came in for my appointment early. The appointment was a 10:45am. I left at 3:13pm angry because I had not been seen yet. This is an ongoing problem. I am moving to a different doctor. Dr. Funk is excellent at what he does, however you can't put your trust in a person that does not care if the waste all of your day. I am angry and this is not the first insident.
