His understanding for my well-being
It was one of the best new beginnings I have experienced. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with/. I felt relaxed and well cared for.
The nurse was most excellent in her care & took time w me. She had such a great attitude & pleasant personality. Due to insurance issues, I had to leave Dr. Rochfort for a few months. I changed my insurance policy as soon as I could & came back! Dr. R. Is professional, takes time w his patients,& this comes from a retired RN of 28 years!
All good. No bad experience.

Great visit as always
The first time that I saw Dr. Rochfort, he was able to identify there was something more going on with my health than I realized. He caught that my PTSD was a big underlying issue and he addressed it appropriately. He originally came in with a student, and asked if it was okay. I had absolutely no issues with the student being in the room. However, when Dr. Rochfort realized there were PTSD issues, we talked briefly and he and the student left the room.
