When we decided to move to the Manasquan area it was very important to us that we find someone who knew the local market. Greg was referred to us and worked with us for 1 1/2 years in this crazy market. He stuck with us and showed us a lot of houses. We were very particular in what we were looking for and as soon as this house came on the market he contacted us and we looked at it the next day. A friend referred me to Greg Rice after I told her I wanted to sell my townhouse. I met with him 4 months ago and he turned out to be a god-send. I carefully researched who I wanted tp list my house with and came up with Greg Rice and he proved to be everything I expected in a real estate agent. He offered very good advice. was attentive to all of my needs and most importantly provided for a sale of my house that exceeded my expectations. I would heartily recommend Greg to anyone who is looking for a SUPER real estate agent.

We purchased a great location in Brielle, NJ. The residence was on the Manasquan River and in the same family for 5 generations. Greg represented a difficult Seller who was understandably very emotional about letting go of the property. Greg was steadfast throughout, very professional and went out of his way to help us work through some difficult issues. I would recommend Greg for his professionalism, courtesy and determination to help both Seller and Buyer accomplish their respective objectives.
