Dr Kimball is thorough and an excellent communicator. This is so valuable these days when many doctors seem rushed and don't take the time to adequately communicate with the patient. The Optum front office staff is also excellent. They are very professional and helpful. After going to many doctors in the area, this office is a breath of fresh air!
Dr Kimball has been our family doctor for over 10 years. He is so dedicated and his instincts are great - he usually knows the diagnosis and the right course of action instantly. He is smart, he is kind and will speak the truth. Everything you could want in your doctor.
This place is a joke. I'm a disabled veteran and made an appointment when my new insurance kicked in. Showed up at my shceduled time and was early. Time was for 12:30 I got there 12:10. The nurse said I made mistake and Dr refused to see me said I was late. Then I played message proving I did not make mistake. They treated me like I was a criminal. To top it all off they tried to charge me $300 for a visit to the Dr I never saw. I will stick with the Long Beach VA hospital from now on.
