Had my first consultation with Dr Johnston today. The entire team was great. My visit started with a warm greeting from the front office team. My nurse was very friendly and hospitable in getting all of the necessary information for Dr Johnston. My Daughter, who is an adult recently had a stomach sleeve procedure with Doctor Johnston. As concerned Parents, my Daughter's Mother and I accompanied my Daughter to Doctor Johnston office for her final appointment before surgery. Neither of us had ever met Doctor Johnston prior. I scheduled a consultation for a botched mole removal that required surgical repair with Mr Johnston. During the appointment, the doctor chose to review other providers Epic notes, placed a gauze soaked in tap water on my back (despite my clear objection), and then told me to leave. To make matters worse, I later received a bill from Mercy for this consult, which I don't believe actually took place. First Surgery I've ever had. I couldn't have asked for a better guy! He was very short and to the point and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. He stood on business, and the only vibe I got from him was that he is very confident in what he does, which is an amazing quality in my eyes.
