Had a total knee replacement back in January of this year. Dr Primus and his entire staff have been fabulous! They are always there when I need them. This has been a great experience!
I wanted to see Dr Primus for back problems. When I made my appt. In chicago, they knew that's why I was there. They took xrays of my back. I wasn't able to see Dr. Primus. I saw another doctor, he explained to me that Dr primus don't work on back problems. So, why did they take xrays of my back? Why did they bill my insurance when they knew he couldn't help me. They didn't even call me to tell me he wasn't going to be there. Terrible!!!!
Very caring doctor. All of the workers in this office have been professional and polite to me. It's so nice to go to a doctor's office and they actually care about how you are feeling and want you to feel better. Thank you Dr. Primus
