This office, and Dr. Samano, should be ashamed of how they run their practice. They allowed a patient to have a consultation with an aesthetician, go through a treatment test patch, schedule a full treatment and go over the treatment plan without ever meeting, or having any consultation with Dr. Samano at all. I have been seeing Dr. Samano for about 15 years and have always had the best of care. Due to distance and changes in life I am going to have to change doctors and it truly breaks my heart to not be able to see him any more. I will miss him and his staff (Nancy) and the others.
