Everyone i worked with were welcoming, professional, and very nice. Sara was very patient as I chose my frames. She ran over and got different frames as similar to those I currently have at least 3 times before I made a final selection. My doctor was also very competent and I appreciated her analysis and advice regarding my eye health. As I stated, everyone from the manager April to the young woman who ran my initial screenings, were sincere and professional.
Arrived for appt. Checked in immediately team did a great job from dr. to Isabel helping with my contact order.
Had a really nice experience at LensCrafters — the staff was very warm and welcoming, and they made the whole visit comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was finding out at the last minute that there’s an extra fee for a fitting if the doctor determines you need a new prescription. That hasn’t happened at other places I’ve been. (They didn’t end up charging me for it, but I still didn’t like hearing it.) Other than that, everyone there was great!
