I'm posting this again because it seems to have been removed. Dr. Nettune had superlative expertise, and I greatly appreciated his recommendation on whether or not I should pursue Lasik. I will be following his advice. As for constructive feedback, I was told by the front desk that my free Lasik consultation became a medical visit while I was there, unbeknownst to me, and that my insurance would be billed. The front desk assistant told me not to worry because I had met my deductible and would not be out-of-pocket personally.... read more
