Dr. McHugh is by far the best PCP I have ever had! He takes his time with you and he actually LISTENS TO YOU!!!!! I won't ever go to a different pcp ever again! Dr. McHugh listens to any requests you have and to any concerns. I recommend Dr. McHugh to EVERYONE! You will not regret going to Dr. McHugh and making him your PCP! He has changed my life!
I have been a patient of Dr. McHugh for about 25 years. He has taken the time to not only know my complete health profile but also to know me personally. He has an excellent bedside manner and takes his time with me each and every visit. He’s extremely thorough and genuinely cares for his patients. He is very good at making suggestions and providing guidance on all areas of my health, even those issues that he is not my primary doctor on. I will be his patient as long as we both are able.
I was referred to Dr McHugh years ago. He has helped me through so many medical situations in the last 12 years. He is very careful with prescriptions. He has explained the history of health issues, told me the problems we may run into with my ins and certain scripts (stomach). He remembers and listens. I highly recommend him. I drive from PVB to see him. His lab staff is a hoot.
