I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Weiss. His erroneous clinical documentation drastically misrepresented my challenges and experiences. In this documentation, he stated that I had done something in particular for “most of [my] life,” when in fact, the correct time frame is under 5 years, out of my 35 years of age. He doesn't hear what I am saying. He may just not understand what I am telling him. It's sad when you can't depend on clear communication.
