Dr. Knoll, since day one—of my mom’s appointments has been very friendly, detailed, and full of knowledge. He has been nothing but great since the first appointment she had up until her surgery today. It’s sad to say but we have been to other doctors in which her service was never great or we had doctors trying to guess what was wrong and simply doing trial and error with her. After being misdiagnosed for a year by two different hand surgeons in Wilmington, NC, Dr. Knoll took one look at my MRI and X-rays of my wrist and I was in for my wrist surgery in less than 3 weeks, having a cutting edge ANAFAB procedure. He and his staff are top notch and my wrist is now functioning at 100%!
I can’t recommend Dr. Knoll enough. He has exceptional bedside manner—kind, gentle, and truly attentive. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, which really put my mind at ease. He’s an outstanding surgeon, and his entire team is equally wonderful!
