Excellent care with a professional team.
My wife was referred to Dr. Fox from the ER due to extreme eye pain. Per the ER Dr, he reached out to Dr. FOX and consulted. When we called Dr. Fox the following morning to schedule, the receptionist was extremely rude and laughed at my wife when she told her that the Dr was supposed to squeeze her in per the Dr's conversation. After that, she turned my wife away eventhough the Dr had supposedly already consulted, and she is in extreme pain. Dr Fox's steroid injections in my eye resulted in nerve damage, glaucoma and partial vision in one eye. He discovered it, hurried me out of his office, referred me to another doctor to get rid of me and never took responsibility for it FYI.
I have been visiting with Dr. Fox every year for the last 19 years for a routine retina checkup. He and his team are the best! My eyes are staying healthy and I am grateful for his skill. Highly recommend.
