My family and I have lived at Gregory Lane Apartments for 3 1/2 years and the only reason we are moving is because we recently purchased our first home. Ms. Kathy in the front office is always very friendly and has always been quick to resolve any issues we've had. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. As well as the pool and pool bathrooms. Maintenance has fixed every single issue I've ever had, very quickly, and usually the same day the order was put in. Wonderful place to live.Beautifully mixed community of Latinos,African American,and Caucasians. A few wanna be thugs but above all that wonderful place to raise children.
just call cherokee county police and ask them how many times they are here weekly
I staff is really great, but they switched our apartment around 3 times and then 2nd appt was so nasty. Live and dead roaches, dirt every where, trash left on the porch, Alot of things were either broken like doors or missing.The appt smelled like cig smell and I am not a smoker, and when I did a walk through we found 2 pages of things wrong. I know I needed a cheap appt but this was too much for me. I hate to talk to bad but Its all true! I feel for the staff because they work with you in some many ways and are really nice ... read more
The staff is very kind and curtious. Although I was confused about the move in date and not informed on when I needed to pay my first months rent there. Overall the staff is very knowledgeable about their prices, how to speak to their customers and handle paper work.
