Fraudulent and unprofessional. I had sensitivity when I was biting using my back teeth. I was told filing the gum would fix it. I again went back with the same problem and they are telling me the tooth behind is sensitive. It essentially didn’t fix anything. Why did they say it will fix the sensitivity issue? They are just doing random stuff and giving false hope on what will fix the problem.
Tandy has been my hygienist for quite a few years . I have appreciated her professionalism and fun demeanor from the beginning. She cares about my oral hygiene very much. She lets me know any deficiencies she sees and gives me pointers on corrective procedures. She is also enjoyable to engage in conversation. The dentists that check me after a teeth cleaning are so nice and very positive.
