Had to have service done. People very nice and friendly. Able to explain want needed to be done with the car and how long it would take. I wish the waiting room had more comfortable chairs. And better TV stations.
This place absolutely stinks. I needed to get a service inspection but since it came free of charge, they made up all sorts of excuses as to why they couldn't do it. It was absolute nonsense. Called another Hyundai location in the area and they were able to do it with no b.s., no questions, and way way way more politeness. Avoid this garbage place at all costs
Brought my vehicle in for a safety recall fix. Had an appointment set for 10am. Brought my vehicle in, my car was not even brought in to be worked on for over 2 hours. Also, I was told the recall appointment would only take about 30 minutes yet once they finally brought my car in for service the service took over an hour and a half to complete.
