Service department appt. at 12:15 for software update that Hyundai said to allow 30 minutes for but might have to wait a little longer. OK. I get to my appt. at noon. 2 cars inside the service area so I am waiting outside next in line. It took 20 minutes for them to process the 2 cars ahead of me . Now it is my turn and I said I was there for the software update recall. She said OK, it will be about 2 hours. 2 hours!!! Worst customer service I had ever had at the service department. I can that only certain people get treated differently. I was not acknowledged when I came in. My service write ignored me a couple of times. I waited four hours for a oil change. When I went to see if my car was ready, it was parked in the lot and service had my paperwork in her desk. I will never come back to this place!!! Worst service ever.
Kandice in the service Department has always been great. On my last visit she went above and beyond helping me get a shuttle with only a few minutes notice. A pleasure having my vehicle serviced at this dealership.
