Had a horrendous service experience at Gregory Hyundai. First, recommended service for $1,000+ which included an oil change (which was free per warranty), new wiper blades (installed 6 months ago), new cabin filter (also installed 6 months ago) among other items. The technician took outside pictures of the vehicle but NEVER did a multi-point inspection and yet recommended all of these items! I did not enjoy my experience with the salesman that helped us out. They seemed to continue sneaking in new fees, did not have any sort of offers or discounts to start, essentially charging list price. This was a stark contrast from other dealerships we visited. That’s fine, but when we tried to challenge it slightly, they told us they’d make no money on the car. They then ended up saying they got it down slightly, but had to take a loss from us.
