I wasn't sure what to expect. I felt welcome by everyone, in the office. Dr. Smith's nurse (I didn't catch her name, sorry), Christina (N.P.), Dr. Smith & Rhonda (Scheduler), were all professional & friendly. Dr. Smith explained everything & in detail. He answered my questions & although, I didn't want surgery, but now I am confident he knows what he's doing.
