Dr. Feliciano used to be my mom's doctor, but all of sudden he is no longer her doctor. My mom is upset because she has been his patient for over 10+ years. Can anyone tell me if he moved his practice, because when I searched his name it's listed at hospital dr. Thanks, Diana 8/25/2023- The Hospital drive clinic relocated to Sunrise Blvd, and my mom hadn't gotten a notice/letter from them about the change....tried calling them at the new location but no on picked up...so disappointed.
Haven’t even been able to reschedule they don’t answer their phones I’ve called like 5 times
I just feel like I waste my time and energy whenever I come to be seen. Sometimes I even think the doctor is autistic or something I’m always left feeling confused like I was misunderstood or there’s was possibly more to be done after sitting in a waiting room over an hour for a prescheduled appointment . I have an appointed this evening and I almost don’t want to drive all the way there yet again for a fake rushed conversation.
Neglectful they shouldn’t even be allowed to practice.. they never answer the phone. Ever there are people with serious issues!
When I attempted to receive care from my primary, I was in the clinic for over 2 hours, saw him for not even 15 minutes of that time and still left with no answers. Every time I attempt to call, the phone NEVER gets answered, I have to leave messages, and NEVER get an answer. I've been trying to get my medical records that need to be submitted to an insurance company due to a car accident for over a month, yet no one will answer calls or how to even get the records.
