Dr. Greg was excellent in explaination of issues. Easy to understand.
Greg , the APRN, was so late to the scheduled appointment that Epic had tried to cancel that virtual meeting due to in activity. The real issue is the admin who checked me in. She clearly had not reviewed the eCheckIn information I had diligently submitted. Nor did she share that Greg was running late. I can understand that providers can get behind but be transparent and inform patients. Once Greg did join the consultation went fine.
Just home now from an appointment with Gregory Flis. What a gem he is! Personable, professional and he could not have done more to accommodate my issues.
Office staff was great. Got an appointment quickly. Greg was great! He thoroughly reviewed my records and scans prior to meeting with me. He was knowledgeable, professional and kind. I highly recommend this practice and Greg for any treatment you need.
Greg is very caring and thorough. He takes his time, listens and answers all questions.
