Scheduled reg cleaning and exam after > 40 yrs there. Hygienist arrived 15 min late for 7am appointment. Was advised no dentist was available for exam but I could come back some other time without charge. New staff throughout. Dr Lee did show up unexpected for exam. Checkout did not work due to computer issues and I had to call back later with credit card. They are not a participant Blue Cross provider and I had to pay extra this sad experience. Sadly after decades with Ben Gullo I have decided to move on.
Dr. Gullo is easy to talk to about the procedure that he's about to perform. He makes certain that you understand what is going to be done and he makes certain that all of your questions and concerns are addressed. During treatment I was made as comfortable as possible during the process.
