Dr DeSimone was hands down one of the best providers I have ever had. He listened, and didn’t rush through our visit. He is very empathetic and never treated me as just another body, but rather as an individual with unique issues that he worked with me as a team to solve. I’m so sorry that he has left, as I told him he would. The really good ones usually don’t stay with a HMO long.
This was the best doctor I ever had in my life! I was so sad to see him go. For once I didn’t feel like I was just another body walking through the door this doctor gives has real empathy and care. He gave me the facts on everything and never sugar coded anything with me, I appreciate that. South west medical should have never let him leave and I’m definitely going to track him down LOL.
I really liked this doctor. He wasn't quick to give me meds and rush me out, he did, however, take the time to listen while I expressed my concerns to him.. he used to be closer to me, now he's a bit further out but I'll definitely be keeping him as my primary.
Dr. Desimone was amazing. He listened to every single concern I had, went through all of my test results one by one and explained them to me, and made sure I had all of the referrals that I needed. I have had issues with some other providers at SWM so I was apprehensive going into the appointment, but I have never met a more attentive doctor in my life and will be sticking with him as my primary physician.
Dr. Desimone is one of the most attentive, empathetic and active listening doctor. He doesn’t rush to prescribe meds and knows each patient individually. Thanks to him I’ve gone from taking 6 medications to 2 on an ad needed basis. I recommend Dr. Desimone 100%!
