I usually prefer to see female doctors obgyns but when I got Dr desanto that helped me change my mind about only seeing female doctors I just learned of his passing today that he passed yesterday thoughts prayers and my heart goes out to his family, friends, colleagues and patients
Dr. Desanto was very professional and answered all my questions. I felt very confident I was in good hands. This was my 1st visit.
Dr. DeSanto did not listen to or properly care for me as a patient. I already felt disregarded at my annual checkup, but when I went back for another issue I was having, I left in tears. After he was an hour late for my appointment, he did not listen when I tried to tell him was going on, cutting me off before I could get a few words in. It’s been 5 years, and I still can’t believe my Grandson is here and HEALTHY!!!All I can say is he saved my daughter and grandson’s life 5 years ago. He is an AMAZING doctor and a man with true integrity. My daughter was high risk and was in the hospital for most of her pregnancy. Dr. DeSanto truly cares about his patients and you can tell that in his office visits, follow-up, response time, and in your overall care. It’s so refreshing to have a Dr truly care about their patients and put in the time to follow through and make sure everything is ok.
I was a new patient to the practice and he asked me two questions, shoved a speculum inside me aggressively and got out of the room as quickly as possible (my whole appointment was 8 mins after waiting in the waiting room for close to an hour). I’ve never been treated so poorly by any professional in my life. He needs to do women a favor and just retire because he’s clearly sick of his job. I will never go back to that practice. They should be ashamed.
Every visit nurse collect samples and first sample was good, but after he examined me with the cold metal tools that my grandmother was using I get infection. After having anabolic I request disposable.
I have been going to Dr DeSanto for many years, without him I would not have my two beautiful boys!!! He is very understanding of your needs. Finding a great OBGYN is like finding a rock in a hard place!!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. deSantos for 3 years. I called to make an appointment since I had a painful issue in my genital area. I was taken on time, put on a robe in the exam room and waited 45 minutes till he came in. I pointed to the sensitive area and he said it was an ingrown hair/sebaceous cyst on my vulva.
