We waited only 7 minutes to get into our room. The assistant was very good with my Rubenstien Tybia son, he is 41 yrs old. She couldn’t quite convince my son to take a seat in the examining chair but left to get cookies as an incentive to get my son in the chair. Ten minutes of being in the room Dr. Rowan entered, he is very professional with a hair cut that match his well looking physique. Both times I have seen him, he seemed in a hurry, like my issues were minor and I was wasting his time.
