New patient. Waited a month for first appointment, then in waiting room for over an hour. Rushed appointment. Scheduling tests that Dr. Pennock requested, has been nearly impossible. Mix ups and then last minute cancellations mean no care for over 3 months since first visit. As a busy professional referred for cardiology concerns by primary physician, this level of patient care and service is unacceptable.
He has an approachable and pleasant manner, and is respectful and accessible as needed. Most of the office staff members are friendly and courteous, however, there has been a great deal of turnover among the aids and assistants in the time Dr. Pennock has been my cardiologist. This lack of continuity makes me wonder why such a high rate of turnover exists.
Dr Pennock is the most effective, excellent Cardiologists I have ever had the fortune of knowing; I have been to at least 7 others. He successfully blends professionalism with kindness and compassion. His erudition is vast in the realm of cardiology. I look forward to my office visits, as I always leave feeling important, respected and cared-for. In his chosen profession, and as a magnanimous human being....he is Exemplary JE
I arrived at the ER unconscious and near death. Dr. Pennock with the help of a team on staff saved my life. Dr. Pennock is compassionate, patient and attentive to my questions and concerns. He saw me every day that I can remember of the month or so I was hospitalized or had someone standing in for him. I have never had a doctor show more concern or more respect for me. I wish more doctors were like him.
