This company is run by the former owner of our home. We've been here for almost 8 years and still get certified legal notices and individuals trying to serve him at our address. When he takes your money, please do not send legal correspondence to a 21784 zip.
This contractor is horrible. He held me hostage for almost 2 years by taking my money but not delivering what I paid for. He definitely is running a scam. He uses subs from other GCs because the local ones are wise to him. He doesn’t pay them properly if at all. It’s my understanding there are several projects in the area where he’s doing this. I don’t believe he ever intended to finish my home. Do not hire or do work for this contractor. You will regret it.
I was hired by Joe Gregory to replace a steel column in a carport then alter a column inside his customers house. That was in October 2023 it's now April 2024 and I'm still waiting for payment. Joe has stopped responding to calls, text and emails. Avoid doing any work with this contractor.

Gregory Custom Remodeling is a fraud, they hired my company to do masonry work and have owed me a balance for almost a year and have never paid me for the work done. Very disappointed and would advise other small contractors to beware.
